Promise had an eventful and very full 'official' first day at Applewoods today. So by early afternoon, she slept and slept and slept and in some very odd positions!
During the late afternoon, with all the other dogs put up, Roxanne took Promise out for a quick sweep of the yard and setting up for Wed evening classes. She followed Roxanne everywhere as they played "Touch" and did a few Random Recalls. Once the yard duties were done, it was time for the all important Puppy Play Retrieve Game.
Promise has a lovely puppy play retrieve and tracked, chased, picked up and brought back to Roxanne both a tennis ball and a bigger softball sized ball. She kept staring at the Jolly Ball and wondering, "Why isn't it moving like it did before?" as she had played that game at Roxanne's Place. She'll figure it out soon-:)
