Saturday, June 29, 2013--The infamous road trip to PA with Margot

It was a laughable journey going all the way from Applewoods, to PA, with Margot as the co-pilot and I the pilot. Between the Google map, my cell phone with the directions downloaded and my GPS, you'd have thought we could NOT possibly take a wrong turn. Oh wait, with all those techie tools, I still managed to miss the turn-off to go get Margot's new Doberman puppy, Promise.

We had to make an emergency PIT STOP RIGHT NOW! and while Margot took care of her business, I figured out where I'd missed the turn-off and how to get back on track. Sigh...I am soooo directionally impaired it is scary. All ended well as between Margot telling me where I'd screwed up, we got on the road, pronto, and went to meet Margot's puppy for the first time.

Time for a puppy soft buckle collar.

"Geez, my fingers don't work right or I need better glasses!" says Margot under her breath.

Margot educating others, as always.

"Finally, I got it!" says Margot.

Then, it was time to load up and head home with Promise.  I waited for Promise and Margot.

"Hum"  I'm wondering, "aren't we leaving?"

Oh good, here they come.

Promise

Time to smell the flowers?

Oh, it's time to go officially now?

Promise is leading the way to Applewoods.
